Online Registration Services:
Our website will register many meetings at a time with secure credit card procedures and your own logo registration page. We can collect AMEX/Discover/Visa/MC along with managing your entire registration process.
On-site Registration and Other Management:
With ample qualified registration staff, we can register your attendees, provide name badges, confirmation notices, billing and collection. Our staff is attractive with great personalities to welcome your attendees and make them feel comfortable. Includes putting out fires, BEO's, working with the hotel on everything so you do not have to.
Pre Estimate and Post Event Billing Review:
Let us provide an approximate estimate of costs for your information. We also follow up with the invoice to make sure there are no "extra" costs that were not provided/ordered on the folio. We will review where every penny goes and act as liaison to the meeting facility to get it resolved.
Audio Visual Management:
Work closely to provide speakers, sessions with correct audiovisual equipment to make the presentations run smoothly for the meetings.
Ground Transportation:
VIP, speaker, spouse programs, group, or golf transportation. Contract the best-equipped and most comfortable transportation. We provide your attendees with a staff person on each bus or to greet your VIP's. With contact before, during, and after to make everyone feel secure and taken care of.
Speaker and VIP Management:
We do this best. Our company has worked with CEO's of major corporations, Governors, former Governors, Ambassadors, and other VIP's. It is important to take very good care of these people and we are very good at this.
